1. Natural Solutions Foundation – White Paper: Response to Disinformation

Among these, we consider Fr. Godfrey’s UN recognized Songhai Foundation in Benin, West Africa to be an outstanding example; we have formed a strategic alliance with that Community, sponsoring BioDynamic agricultural projects there and with the Government of Benin. Recently, some individuals have propagated false and misleading information about the Foundation and its founders, Maj. Gen Bert Stubblebine (US Army, Ret.) our President and Rima E. Laibow, MD, its Medical Director. This information consists of demonstrably false, actionable distortions, lies and disinformation. We make no speculation concerning their motivations, but their conduct is cause for grave concern. It has always been our policy not to respond publicly to such tactics for several reasons, one of which is that responding to lies, smears, disinformation, false charges and/or innuendo on the Internet merely raises the search engine profile of such miscommunications, no matter how unworthy.

We note that these attacks increase in ferocity and intensity when we are “on target” and have identified a new and important area of action in the protection of health freedom. This time, the coordinated attacks coincide with our alerting the public to the illegal, and novel, threat posed by the FDA’s opening discussion on whether they can or should prohibit the trade of supplements in interstate commerce!

Other health freedom advocates who missed the boat on this flagrant threat to our health choices began to attack us, not the FDA, since we caught the FDA’s action and responded to it. We would hope for more sophistication and less juvenile territoriality on their parts, but we do not attack or chastise anyone in public and will not do so here.

Feedback from our many supporters has alerted us to this fresh campaign of disinformation. We will respond to you, our friends. To our attackers, on the other hand, we will maintain the same policy: silence (and disdain and disappointment). The libel and slander has, of course, caused comment and consternation, as it is intended to do. We are therefore issuing this statement and requesting that our friends circulate it, wide and far with the following provisos:

One of the central falsehoods which is high on the list of charges in what seems to be a coordinated attack of rumor and slander mongers is that ‘we are in it for the money’, – this is both false and absurd. Like many nonprofits, our donations are significantly down, last year to this year. The recent election campaign impacted every educational NGO. Of course, well-done calumny always has the seeds of truth in it: we do need to replace the funds that have not come in; we were unable to attend the last Codex meeting due to this lack of funds. The negative impact of missing this meeting on positive developments in Codex is clear from the full (final) report on this Committee meeting early in November, 2008.

Begging for public support is what NGOs have to do. No one accuses National Public Radio, for example, of a ‘flim-flam’ operation, bilking money from the public because they ask to financial support. So, just like any other non-profit, you’ll continue to hear from us about raising the funds we need to be effective. The other side has more money than can be imagined. We need little and ask for it from supporters, not industrial giants, since we are completely independent of all industrial influences.

I have been directly, and inaccurately accused of abandoning a client who is one of the attacker. In fact, this alleged abandonment never occurred. The facts are quite different, as my friendly relationship with the attacker over the subsequent years makes clear.

Now it is time to hear from the founders of the Foundation. What follows are two statements, one from Gen. Bert and one from Dr. Rima, referring further to the various unfounded and libelous “criticisms”. No, we don’t ‘name names’ since we don’t do that sort of thing. However, we need to let the critics know they must ‘cease and desist’ for the good of the Health Freedom Movement. With this White Paper we will let our friends know that we are in fighting mode. And we need your support to keep on fighting!

General Stubblebine’s Statement from the recent Action eAlert:

The Prospects for Health Freedom and the State of the Movement

One important story Alex reported is that the FDA has admitted that dental mercury can be harmful. That article is at:

‘For the first time, the FDA has issued a warning that the mercury contained in (sic) silver dental fillings may pose neurological risks to children and pregnant women.’

This admission is an important victory in the struggle for Health Freedom. Similar to the efforts of CDC to placate people by ‘removing’ mercury from vaccines (we know that ‘trace’ but still harmful amounts of mercury remain). Small steps toward more transparency and greater personal choice keep us going to our greater goal of significant individual control over our own healthcare choices.

And that brings me to the more general strategic question: how do we turn such individual victories into a general victory in the war (yes, it IS a war) for Health Freedom?

Sometimes what appears to be an isolated win reverberates into the future on multiple fronts. One example involves the Natural Solutions Foundation’s efforts last year to keep the DSHEA products protection Clause 1011 in the bill when the 2007 FDA “enabling act” was introduced in Congress by Sen. Kennedy (there were rumors the congressional conference committee was going to drop the protection). His idea was to deal with the failures of the FDA (what Dr. Ron Paul called ‘FDA abuse of power’) and which Congress documented clearly in a November, 2007 report (Click Here – https://www.staging.healthfreedomusa.com/index.php?p=1482 -for details) by giving the agency more power to abuse, rather than dealing with its structural and functional failures.

Or the stunning victory pulled off by the Foundation when, through its scientific dossier on fluoride in babies and children, we marshaled enough voices to keep Fluoride out of baby formula for healthy babies against the vigorous opposition of the FDA at a 2006 major Codex meeting.

In 2007 the Health Freedom Movement insisted that Clause 1011 be added to the bill protecting our Dietary Supplements from new FDA interference. We were told by various political and movement ‘old hands’ and ‘insiders’ that it didn’t matter (after all, they said, ‘the bill doesn’t even MENTION Dietary Supplements’). We saw this as incredibly naive and persisted, even after the saving clause was in the bill, because we knew the protective language might not survive the House – Senate conference. You sent huge numbers of messages to Congress and, we believe, because of your efforts, the clause protecting dietary supplements survived the Conference Committee.

So here it is a year later, and guess what? FDA recently tried a flanking move, attempting to drag Dietary Supplements into the new law by seeking ‘public comments’ specifically about Dietary Supplements, focusing on an arcane section of the new law.

Last week we alerted you and you responded to our emergency Action eAlert. Once again, large numbers of our ‘net roots’ powerfully told the FDA, in no uncertain terms, to leave our supplements alone, shortly before the end of the FDA’s comment deadline.

Well, the same ‘old hands’ are at it again. Said we were being ‘alarmists’ and the FDA’s request for comments wasn’t a threat.* We think that is absurd! The FDA is committed to the destruction of the high potency supplements you and I take to protect, gain and regain our health. Just look what they’ve done in Europe through their malignant ‘leadership’ at Codex!

These same ‘old hands’ who are supposedly part of the Health Freedom Movement even say (Fasten your seat Belts for this one!) that Codex is not a threat and the not-finalized anti-CAM FDA guidance document from December 2006 that we warned everyone about wasn’t a threat, and… well, you get it.**

If they are really on our side, why are they telling the people to go back to sleep? And why are they spreading rumors, lies and disinformation about the Natural Solutions Foundation and its leadership? Maybe you heard the one about how, they say, I tried to walk through walls when I was serving our country in the US Army. Never did that one… though if I could find a way to keep our soldiers out of harm’s way by walking through walls, I’d do it!

Or about how Dr. Rima, who has practiced drug free psychiatry and medicine for her entire career, ‘made her living by using electroshock ‘therapy’ on children and using psychiatric drugs’. In fact, Dr. Rima turned down a prestigious appointment to a major University because it required her to either administer, or supervise, electroshock treatments. And the disinformation about Counsel Ralph saying that he ‘abandoned’ a doctor in a battle for her license when no such event ever occurred. Or that we work for the ‘bad guys,’ and so on and on and on. But the lies and silly rumors continue; why do they do it?

Is it perhaps because the Natural Solutions Foundation is THE single most effective, and the largest, health freedom organization in the world?

We know why and we know better, as do you. ‘Don’t sleep when you’re on guard duty!’

So if you hear someone saying that we are alarmists, you can tell them you are grateful that we are here to pull the alarm switch when the house is being set on fire!

Divesting the FDA – Action Item

My specialization during a long and honorable career in the US Army was in Strategic Intelligence – the gathering of data to determine what lay behind it and where it was going to go before it got there. In fact, in order to do that better to protect the US, I redesigned the intelligence architecture of the US Military – for which I am proud to say I was honored by induction into the US Intelligence Hall of Fame.

Sometimes the picture is murky for future events, or there would be no need to learn to use analytical tools and develop others (like Remote Viewing) to help in that task. The corrupt and totally industry-controlled FDA, however, often makes the job of figuring out the shape of things to come easier. Before issuing a regulation (which has the force of law, despite never having been approved by the legislative branch), there are a number of steps which the FDA takes. The way the steps are communicated, hidden or disguised, plus the contents of the documents the FDA creates (and those it hides), tell us clearly where they want to go. And, with regard to clean, unadulterated food and high potency supplements, the answer is consistently that where they want to go is neither in our favor nor focused on our well-being.

Case in Point:

* Our co-trustee and counsel Ralph Fucetola JD tells us that asking for comments is the first step the FDA takes before issuing guidelines which proceed to regulations, so he believes the agency does, indeed, want to subject Dietary Supplements to Section 301(11) of the 2007 FDA Authorization Act. This section allows the agency to forbid interstate commerce for certain item if it deems the item to be an untested drug or otherwise not in the public interest.

The FDA asked for comments recently on how this section applies to dietary supplements. The law itself makes it clear that dietary supplements are totally exempt from anything in the act since they are covered by another act which treats dietary supplements as foods, not drugs (DSHEA, 1964) so that if the FDA were not planning another of its long line of assaults on supplements, this one totally illegal, they would never have opened the issue up for comments.

This one is a no-brainer: the FDA announced that it was about to begin the process of forbidding the interstate commerce of dietary supplements when it posed the question for comments. This is a stalking horse: send it out to see if anyone kills it and, if they do, try another strategy.

The Natural Solutions Foundation, alone of all the other supposed health freedom groups, many of which have lawyers involved, as we do, was the only group that caught this FDA action. This is not the only time this has happened. Oddly enough, and this should give those who take groups and individuals at the face value of their organizations’ names, each time Natural Solutions Foundation catches the USDA, the FDA or other government agencies in their dirty work and let people know so that they can create an effective push-back, we get attacked by pretty much the same “Health Freedom” folks. Not only have they consistently missed the boat (accidentally or intentionally?), they attack us for getting its longitude and latitude and firing effective salvos at that dangerous boat.

This time around, it would appear that there are people who do not see that this request for comments is a preamble to forbidding supplements from interstate commerce. They’ll come around later if they are, in fact, genuinely on the side of health freedom. They pretty much always do.

If they do not come around, that would be a pretty good indication that either they are run by ego, psychosis or have other more ominous and clandestine agendas.

** A good example of this was the March, 2007 FDA “CAM Guidance for Industry” which proposed another way to make dietary supplements and other natural health strategies illegal: Anything, literally ANYTHING which would be used or provided to another person with the intent of creating a healthful effect (and the FDA’s examples were Holy Water or hot rocks for massage) would become an untested drug (e.g., Holy Water) or device (e.g., hot rocks). As an untested medical device or drug, it would, of course, be illegal to sell, use or provide. We caught that one and found out that the FDA had not only hidden this action by failing to publish it in the Federal Register in a timely fashion as required by law, but had no operational means of providing comments on the proposed Guidance.

Natural Solutions Foundation called the Receiver of Dockets at FDA and asked for her email at work. She provided it and we told our supporters about it. 588,000+ people tried to tell the FDA “NO!” 198,000+ succeeded before the FDA system “crashed”.

This particular CAM guidance never materialized its threat; to this date it has not been finalized (which is rather unusual), because 198,000 of you succeeded in filing protests before the FDA comments site went down and a half million tried to file their objections! All because our Action eAlert ‘went viral’ with your help and reached millions of people.

Once again, we are being attacked by those supposedly on our side. The attacks are filled with the tools of the other side: lies, large and small.

1. Unfounded, baseless, but “juicy” personal innuendo and smear (e.g., who is alleged by an aggrieved spouse to have slept with whom in whose divorce papers hardly has anything to do with health freedom, does it? So and so is an agent of, receives money from, works for, does the bidding of this and that oppositional force). Data supporting any of these allegations is never presented since there is absolutely none.

2. False documentation and lies about past conduct (e.g., that I was involved in the “Sound of Silence” weaponry in Gulf War I or that I was involved in MK Ultra and other mind control programs, or that Dr. Rima administered electroshock to patients or supervised it, used drugs in her medical practice, etc.) Again, allegations take the place of data since there is absolutely none.

3. Emotional coloring of real data through spin and editing of real information and partial truths to create altered reality (e.g., we ask for money (true) for our own purposes and use (untrue), my operational boss in my last assignment on active duty was the Deputy Director of the CIA (true) and I am therefore a CIA operative (untrue), I created a High Performance Task Force for my troops (true) therefore I was involved in, or created, or ran, or otherwise was connected with Mind Control (untrue), that Dr. Rima is an excellent and prolific writer (true) because she has been trained in some sort of mind-control language techniques (absurd and untrue). Thus, accurate facts are confabulated with lies and negative intentionality is implied or lied about to make innocent or positive facts take on an ominous cast or meaning. Substantiation for the negatives is never presented because there is none. If substantiation is presented, it is only for the first half of the equation, the actual, factual reality.

4. Sweeping, but unsubstantiated “conclusions” and assertions about the meaning or intention of what someone is doing are presented (e.g., Natural Solut’ons Foundation is a “Controlled Opposition” group, that our information is inaccurate – see the FDA items above – or that we are sinister people working for sinister ends, using “scare tactics” to “control” people, trying to flim-flam people out of money, including their IRAs, etc.). Reality is carefully distorted to serve the ends of the distorter but, once again, substantiation is lacking, absent, not present, invisible and simply not there for a very good reason: there is none.

These are the tactics not of well-intentioned colleagues with differing views of the situation, but of destroyers, of agents, of operatives or, most benignly, of people who are, quite literally, mad.

The writer of a series of vicious internet attacks against us personally and against the Foundation “confided to us” at a Codex Meeting in Geneva, Switzerland (2006) when we asked him how he could bring himself to write such vicious lies about us not once, but many times, said, “Actually I quite like you and Dr. Rima, General, but it is the policy of the Executive Board of the xxxx Foundation [name of organization redacted because we do not engage in smear campaigns against anyone, not matter what they do!] to attack the Natural Solutions Foundation as often as possible.” That speaks volumes. What also speaks volume is that in April, 2005, the US Director of this Foundation called me and introduced herself. She asked if I were planning a health freedom rally in Atlanta a week or so later. I confirmed that I was. She said that I could not do that because I “did not have permission.” I asked from whom she imagined that I needed permission and she said, and I quote, “The xxxx Foundation owns health freedom and you do not have permission to raise any money or do anything else without the permission of the xxxx Foundation.” I was thunderstruck and told her that I did not need anyone’s permission (Controlled Opposition, anyone?) but that, as a gesture of good will, I would ask for funds for her organization OR ours at the Atlanta health freedom event. She said that she did not “trust” me and that she would have her people at the event to make sure I did so (!) Mind you, there was no offer of paying a penny for this event.

She did, indeed, have two people who attended the meeting by leaning with their arms crossed and a hostile demeanor against the wall throughout the entire meeting. I asked for donations for us and for their organization. They got none. This would certainly be classified as a spoiler attitude in my book.

The Natural Solutions Foundation, Counsel Fucetola, Dr. Rima and I will continue to provide accurate, forward looking leadership in the health freedom movement because we believe that is the correct thing to do. The attacks may well continue. They are a mark of our accuracy and success in moving us all away from the devastating and evil agendas of the Multinational Corporations and their greed, genocidal and anti-social behaviors.

Disinformation is the first line of attack against those who are saying and doing what the Powers That Be (PTB) do not want said or done. Personal smears and lies are the order of the day. To make matters worse, many of the attackers are not rational people. One of them is a self-proclaimed paranoid schizophrenic who has been hospitalized many times and the other is a physician whose license was removed because she refused psychiatric examination and/or treatment since the Medical Board of her state (which is the same state in which I am licensed) apparently felt that her actions were floridly psychotic and were endangering others. The first of these people has sent us extremely bizarre letters disturbingly merging General Stubblebine with his brutal, alcoholic, allegedly “CIA” father and displaying exceedingly poor reality testing. This same person has sent letters to others saying that he wanted to break their fingers, watch them die while they choked on the teeth that he knocked down their throat with his fist, etc., etc. The floridly mad and rage-full “information” which this sad soul spews out over the internet and elsewhere is the principal material of which attacks on us are composed. Substantiation? Data? Reality? Zero. But, as with a bullfight, some people like the excitement and the possibility of blood.

The Natural Solutions Foundation never, never attacks in response or otherwise, but we do want our supporters to know the truth. Hence, no names are named, and no counter attacks are being mounted. Truth, you may have heard me say, rings like a bell. Our acts, dedication and devotion to health freedom stand for themselves. General Stubblebine and I gave up a successful drug-free psychiatric and medical practice, sold our house and have dumped our life savings – and more – into safeguarding YOUR health freedom. Why? Because in our world view, if you know that evil is being perpetrated and do nothing, you become a perpetrator.

We know that evil is being perpetrated by the Multinational Corporations, the compliant people in the US Government, Codex, etc., and are simply not willing to stand by and do nothing. So being attacked by the other side, as when we were met at a Codex Meeting by guards with guns to keep us away from the Delegates, is a signal confirmation of the accuracy and importance of our work in health freedom. Similarly, although sadly, the attack of those who are not merely psychotic, but motivated by something other than either good will or an investment in health freedom, is an unwelcome, but high energy signal that we ARE changing the timetable and direction of the other side, alerting people to things that they don’t want out there and generally making a significant difference. So watch who attacks us carefully and realize that the attacks are not motivated by anything good.

The Natural Solutions Foundation NEVER, but NEVER, attacks or smears anyone. We focus on the truth as we see it and use every ounce of our personal and collective strength and creativity to present that truth. If you have seen attacks on us, and have made the mistake of subscribing to their lies, you have been misled, I am afraid. Remember that it is impossible to prove a negative, no amount of denial about unfounded allegations and smears will ever convince anyone of anything. Our actions, our dedication and transparency are our reality. Oh, and by the way, as people who have devoted the last 4 years of our life without salary, compensation, or other gain (other than knowing that we are doing what no one else is doing and what needs to be done for global health freedom) the fact remains that the smears and allegations presented by people who attempt to discredit are absurd and deeply insulting. But then, they are supposed to be. And they are supposed to create divisiveness in this movement. In short, either the attackers are agents provacateurs, intentional sowers of dissent or they are unwitting ones because of their own pathology and egos. They are certainly laying up their own karma/just desserts/sins and I wish them eventual peace, which they sorely need.

Beside the two clearly mentally impaired persons attacking is a supposed scholar who proudly presents everything he shares as well-researched fact. In fact, the man participating in this disinformation campaign admitted – in writing – that his attacks on us were based on hearsay. Now what kind of credibility does that suggest? His Avian Flu facts (I believe they are since they cross-checked before I published some of them with public thanks to him for his data) but his alleged “facts” about us personally and about our activities, motivations and financial structures exceed the absurd and constitute, as do the other allegations being made about the Foundation and us, and constitute actionable libel and slander.

We know what we have to do and will do it to make it clear to these people that whether or not the motivation is intentional disinformation, libel and slander is not acceptable. There is something that you can do, too:

I strongly, very strongly, suggest that you write directly to these people and any others who seek to discredit and libel us and ask them for the documentation, not further assertions or innuendo, upon which their charges and smears rest. Sifting through the assertions and allegations you will find what everyone else who has done so has found: these allegations and assertions are baseless lies and distortions created for purposes having to do with psychotic or intentional disinformation.

For the record:

1. I have never prescribed, presided over, participated in or in any way condoned electroshock therapy for anyone at any time under any circumstances whatsoever. I did, in fact, turn down a very good position with a major university medical school because it would have required me to supervise the administration of electroshock therapy to children and adults and I felt then, and feel now, that the practice is barbaric and inexcusable. Certain of these people have publicly libeled and slandered me by stating otherwise. I have a right to, and demand, a public retraction of this lie.

2. I have devoted my professional life to the drug-free practice of both medicine and psychiatry. Saying otherwise both libeled and slandered me. I have a right to, and demand, a public retraction of this lie.

3. The Natural Solutions Foundation been repeatedly attacked as being “controlled opposition and as being “shills” for various industrial or government forces” No one controls the Natural Solutions Foundation other than its trustees. We serve no one but our own vision of what free people have a right to: clean food, any health choice they wish, freedom from compulsory “treatments”, personal choice on all matters concerning their bodies and those of the people for whom they make decisions.

Our only source of funding, besides the enormous personal funding General Stubblebine and I have contributed to this effort at great personal sacrifice, comes from our public supporters. Attacks like the ones being perpetrated now are designed to remove that funding source from us by creating distrust to tarnish our credibility and remove our funding source by discrediting us. There is no truth at all to these allegations and we have a right to, and demand, a public retraction of all such lies.

4. We have been attacked for being ‘new’ to the movement. Before General Stubblebine and I decided to close our private practice of drug free, advanced healthcare and medicine, giving up our income, selling our house and devoting our time and effort to Health Freedom as volunteers, taking no salary for our efforts and donating virtually all of our personal savings and resources to this battle, we were well known advocates of drug free medicine and freedoms, including health freedom, for the duration of our careers. Charges of “Johnny Come Lately – ism” are absurd. I personally have been involved as a social change agent based on what I believe to be right, since I was in High School, from which I graduated in 1961. We have a right to, and demand, a public retraction of these lies.

5. We have been attacked over the allegations of angry former spouses in the documents produced during divorces nearly 2 decades ago. It is of no consequence or concern what General Stubblebine’s divorce papers or mine say about anything at all. The very idea that anyone would bring anything like that up, especially so many years later, indicates how desperate these people are to manufacture “dirt”. Ask yourself, why? If anyone has any data about who, in fact, slept with whom, what difference does it make? We have a right to, and demand, a public apology for this disgraceful smear tactic designed solely to tarnish our reputations as upstanding persons, which we most assuredly are.

6. We have been attacked over the Kevin Miller video fiasco. Kevin Miller signed a contract to make a film (which he contacted me to fund). The video was commissioned early in 2005 specifically to raise awareness in the American Public about the upcoming ratification of the disastrous Vitamin and Mineral Guideline (VMG, July 4, 2005) at the 2005 Codex Alimentarius (World Food Code) Commission (July 4-7, Rome). The contractual agreement was that the movie would be finished and released by April 15, 2005. The contractual agreement was that the movie would be shown on 25 million US TV screens through Miller’s claimed contacts. The contractual agreement also, at Miller’s suggestion, was that Natural Solutions Foundation was to receive shares in Miller’s company in appreciation for the commission and in appreciation of the Foundation’s work.

We explicitly agreed that the film was to be about the Codex Vitamin and Mineral Guideline and that General Stubblebine and I would have input into its title, contents and other aspects, that we would be interviewed and that the film would be used for informational purposes in the 6 weeks prior to its scheduled ratification. The agreed-upon release date would give us 6 weeks for a full court press public relations effort before the scheduled ratification of the VMG on July 4, 2005. Natural Solutions Foundation hired a Public Relations person, Terry White, to handle the national awareness campaign for that film based upon its contractual contents and release date.

The film was financed by one of our Foundation supporters, a mother who mortgaged her home to make the film because her autistic son will be dependent on high dose nutrients for the rest of his life and she understood that her son’s continued progress depended on continued access to the supplements which are so badly threatened by Codex, especially the Vitamin and Mineral Guideline slated for ratification that July.

Miller was explicitly told that one of the people who continually attacked us with baseless charges was the paranoid schizophrenic mentioned above. Miller wanted film footage this person had of a Codex meeting. We said that if his material, and he, were to be included in the documentary, then it would have to be in the spirit of collaboration, not of attack. Under that set of rules, the individual was a welcome interview subject in our film. But we also explicitly told Miller that the film was not about that person, his agenda or about us: it was about the VMG. Miller agreed to our terms and received the $50K provided by the mother of the autistic child through her second mortgage which she donated to the Foundation.

Miller stopped communicating with us (although we had provided the agreed $50K to make the film, thanks to the mom’s) and the April 15 date came and went with no word from Miller or a documentary. Miller refused to answer our calls or emails. He finally released the film, We Become Silent”, on June 29, 2005, just prior to the long weekend of July 4 in America and of no use whatsoever in forcing the US to alter its policy of enthusiastic support for the VMG. Miller unilaterally released the film for free on the internet although that was a decision which we, as funders, had every right – and responsibility – to participate in. We had been assured that the cost of making the film would be recouped by the sales of the film. We were never given the opportunity to do so, however, since Miller refused to communicate with us and we never received a penny for the film. Miller, who had previously declared bankruptcy, kept the money, refused to make the film we commissioned and stopped communicating with us. The film was released so late that it had no meaning in our campaign and both our hopes and the money we spent for public relations around the issue were wasted.

To our knowledge, the film was never shown on the 25 million TV screens that Miller promised to screen it on (although the original number was 52 Million, Miller later said that was an error and “real” number was 25 million) and to our certain knowledge, it never was shown on any TV stations or otherwise before its tardy, and, for us, disastrous, release date. The video did not include the information we had agreed upon and it included much irrelevant and even hurtful material. I was interviewed for the documentary in March, 2005. That interview, which was to be followed by 2 more, was not included and the other never took place.

The mother whose home was mortgaged quite rightly asked for her money back from us. We asked for the money back from Miller. We got no communication or response to those requests.

We, and the mother and father involved, were forced to sue Miller to get the money back he had been given under what appeared to be false pretenses. We did not sue to recover our related expenses, for embarrassment, for anything else. We simply wanted to protect a generous donor whose generosity needed to be made whole since Miller had abused our funding. We had no interest, and have none now, despite the distorted and dishonest disinformation that has been put out since that time, in whether Miller ever makes another film, let alone a longer version of the film that he failed to make in a timely or effective fashion. We simply wanted our money back since the work product was not what was contracted for, was tardy and did not meet the purposes of the commission.

The suit was brought through a proper jurisdiction and Court of Law and both parties had a chance to assert their positions, through documents and statements, depositions, etc. A settlement agreement was reached during Miller’s deposition in which facts came out which Miller reluctantly confirmed. Following that, Miller and we agreed to settlement terms which neither he nor we are permitted to disclose. The payments he promised were not made by him despite his agreement to recompense the family involved according to those terms. The family advised us that they were reluctant to throw good money after bad, so they did not pursue Miller to comply with the terms of the Settlement nor did Natural Solutions Foundation did not seek anything further from Miller since the family bore the legal costs. Thanks to his supposed ‘defenders’ (led by the former paranoid schizophrenic patient) , however, we have received continuing unjustified, slanderous and libelous abuse and smears. We have a right to, and demand, a public apology for these distortions, attacks and allegations.

What could have happened had Miller fulfilled his contract? Well, one of my lectures, Nutricide, is not a professional documentary of the quality we were assured Miller could produce, has been seen by over a half million people on one site alone. It’s impact has been enormous. What might a well-crafted, effective and focused film accomplished? We will never know. But we believe that the [unopposed] ratification of the VMG has done irreparable harm and we are firmly convinced that a meaningful push-back was possible if the film had been timely, effective, promoted and seen.

Update: Due to claims by some that the Miller case either did not happen or did not result in a Consent Judgment by Mr. Miller, admitting that funds were to be returned to the Foundation, we have reluctantly posted the Docket of the Case at the bottom of this report. See: Miller Docket.

7. We have been accused of being government ‘mind control’ operatives. General Stubblebine was never involved in any way in any mind control operations. Because of security compartmentalization, he believed that the MK Ultra program, of which he had only dimly heard, had been halted when Congress held hearings on the topic and ordered the CIA and Army to do so. It was not until many years after his retirement in 1984, when he met me, that he learned that this was not the case and it took me years to convince him, though the data which had been presented to me, that the case was not closed, as he believed.

Similarly, I am not, have never been and have never been asked to be, affiliated with, party to, involved with or connected with anything done by the US or any other government, agency or force to people which controlled their minds, thoughts, hearts, health, decisions, etc. General Stubblebine has a right to, and demands a public apology for this distortion of his illustrious career and reputation.

I have never received a paycheck, privileged, or other compensation or support, favor or benefit from the US Government which any other tax paying citizen receives.

I pay taxes. I get a Social Security payment every month from the government because of those taxes. That is it. No “cut out”, no clearance, no special relationship, no code words, no handler. I met twice with an FBI agent in 1990 and 1991 when they asked me for the names of contacts with whom I had met in the Soviet Union and Former Soviet Union. I provided those contacts.

I met once more with FBI agents from their Vice Squad to reveal information I had uncovered about a Child Pornography and snuff film ring. I turned over all documents and data and never heard from them again.

I also met twice with CIA representatives because I had become aware of information which I felt was dangerous to the welfare of the US through my foreign travels and contacts. I requested those meetings, General Stubblebine accompanied me. Those are the sum total of my connections with, at any level, either the CIA or the FBI. Oh, yes, one more contact: General Stubblebine and I became aware though an unlikely source, that there was a possibility of a nuclear attack on Washington, DC. We made contact with a soldier in Army Intellegence who worked for General Stubblebine when he was on active duty before he retired in 1984 and shared the information with her. We were later informally told that the information we provided did, in fact, allow a nuclear dirty bomb attack to be prevented. We never knew the source of the funding, planning or organization, just the possibility of the attack on the date we were told.

I have no other connection with agencies, governments or other units of any organizational structure of any kind whatsoever. Anything else to the contrary is a lie and is said in order to bring my loyalty to our constituency into question and damage my reputation and work. I have been slandered and libel and have a right to, and demand, a public apology since these charges and smears are without basis.

8. In April, 2005 a meeting of Health Freedom groups was convened in Crystal City, VA to find common ground for action against Codex. The organizer was Brenna Hill, formerly with the American Association for Health Freedom. One of the conditions under which the meeting was organized was Brenna’s assurance that the former mental patient, an irrational critic on groundless charges of the Natural Solutions Foundation and a relentless smear disseminator, would not be present since he was known for his emotionally and verbally abusive and threatening behavior. When he nonetheless bullied her, she allowed him to attend despite the promise to all attendees. His first participatory act was to send out an email through Brenna attacking General Stubblebine and me for the same sort of bizarre and totally unfounded accusations that you hear from him again and again and yet again when you give his bizarre material credence. He included the same material which he had previously written to us in a long, rambling and largely incoherent email to General Stubblebine in which he confessed that his father was brutally violent, apparently psychotic, definitely alcoholic and had once, the former patient asserted, worked for the CIA. He therefore accused General Stubblebine of being a CIA operative and his father in other ways which reflected psychotic thought patterns. This same information permeated his contributions at this meeting. He continued to insist that we were acting on behalf of the other side in this vital battle although no data exists to suggest any such thing.

General Stubblebine did not respond. The letter was floridly bizarre and suggested the lack of reality testing which is the hallmark of paranoid schizophrenics, known within psychiatry by the professional term “schizophrenese”. These allegations are patently false and must be immediately stopped, along with all other false and misleading attacks and public revelations. Both General Stubblebine and I, each on our own behalf, and on behalf of the Natural Solutions Foundation, are entitled to, and demand, a public apology for these damaging and groundless charges.

9. Our Counsel as been accused as well on baseless charges. Ralph Fucetola JD did not “abandon” the former New York physician as so inaccurately presented by her. Counsel Fucetola did not cause her to loose custody of her child through such abandonment. He did not even know this person when the state took her child away from her long before the proceedings at which she lost her license. He did not “represent” her before the medical board since he was not a practicing New York lawyer, but did advised her at her request as is permitted by law during that hearing. We understand that she chose not to hire a New York lawyer to handle any subsequent appeal. These accusations are false, constitute slander and libel and Counsel Fucetola has a right to, and demands a public apology for these baseless charges which are meant to damage his reputation and that of the Foundation with which he is associated.

Please remember that people with psychotic personality disorders confuse and confabulate information which seems true to them, but they cannot distinguish between that and what is actually real. If they are intelligent and articulate, they can be quite convincing. Only a careful examination of the internal logic (and lack therefore) and the lack of factual, substantiating data makes the lack of solidity of their delusions apparent.

Of course, disinformation agents have a sinister reason for distorting truth.

10.One detractor (without a psychiatric history of which we are aware) maintains that General Stubblebine and I profit handsomely from the donations to the Natural Solutions Foundation. This is absurd. We put money into the Foundation, we do not receive anything at all from it. We take no salary and regularly put money into it. I am writing this while I sit in a house purchased for the Natural Solutions Foundation’s International Decade of Nutrition Valley of the Moon Eco Demonstration Project headquarters. The house is not mine or General Stubblebine’s yet every penny which has gone into the purchase to date, furnishing the house, repairing it, etc., etc., has come from our personal funds for the benefit of the Natural Solutions Foundation and Health Freedom. How is that profiting from the donations, which are not sufficient to carry out the diverse and innovative programs of the Foundation’s Health Freedom program. What have we taken? Nada. Nothing. Zip. Zilch. Nunca. Zero. Nein. So how are we profiting? We have given up our home, our careers and our financial stability to fight for your health freedom, dumped our life savings into this effort for our own health freedom and for that of our critics and anyone else alive now or yet to be born. We are directed by and devoted to the objective of real choice for everyone about their food, their futures and their bodies. Period. In four years we have created the largest, most active, most effective and most significant health freedom organization in the world without corporate funding, without grants, without attacking potential allies and without compromise.

NGOs ask for money from the Public. That is how they support themselves if they do not accept industrial money. We do not. During this electoral cycle, all organizations like ours have been hurt because of the huge amounts of money sucked up by the Election cycle. To make matters worse, the economic cataclysm began in the US this fall. We were not able to attend the last important Codex meeting because we did not have sufficient funding.

Here is what another prominent NGO just published about the financial issues they are facing:

‘In the last couple of weeks, however, we’ve been hit hard in a way that no one could forecast. You have, no doubt, heard about the Bernard Madoff Ponzi scheme in which investors have been horribly defrauded of up to $50 billion. What you may not know is that two foundations that have been incredibly generous and longstanding supporters of our national security and reproductive freedom work have been victimized by the Madoff scandal — forced to close their doors and terminate their grants.

‘That means that $850,000 in support we were counting on from these foundations in 2009 simply won’t exist. We’re dealing with that reality and remain committed to continuing our critical work in these areas. But, as you can imagine, the year-end donations of you and other [Organization Name] supporters are now more important than ever.’

These charges of personal profit, misuse of funds and similar disinformation are libel and slander and are designed to damage our reputation and deprive the Foundation of its income so that our work could be carried out. We are individually and organizationally entitled to public apologies and demand those apologies.

11, 12, etc. Balderdash! The [unfortunately] endless lies about us show that these others persons have little to do except create diversions and divisions. We are accomplishing a great deal. You can go to our website and read our “accomplishment” page to see what we are doing.

Natural Solutions Accomplishments for Health & Food Freedom

Just what are these others actually accomplishing except to denigrate us? And how does that serve health freedom? Right. This divisiveness only serves the other side, and serves it well. They have all the money in the world and only domination in mind. Could it be that there are those who are unwittingly duped into serving their needs? Or perhaps wittingly? Who knows? The reality is that these attacks confirm that we are effective and other persons and organizations, for whatever reasons, do not wish to have that happen.

I do know that we are motivated by a belief that everyone, that means everyone, has a right to the precious freedoms of information and choice. We will continue to act as we believe is best and will continue to take these attacks as the grim confirmation that we are effective and that the other side would prefer to have us out of the way.

Other organizations and individuals are welcome to join with us in our efforts and successes, which are many, once they finish their absurd attacks. They would be more successful, however, if other people who are allegedly part of the health freedom movement were to stop clawing each other’s eyes out and get down to brass tacks.

Ask yourself, as they say in law, qui bono? Who benefits from this onslaught of attacks?

We do not demand that others agree with us (as others demand of us). That is pure Leninism. (For Lenin, if you disagreed with him or his position by so much as a hair, he demanded that you either recant or had you killed. We are dealing with the same absurd and dangerous mentality here.)

We demand nothing of anyone in the movement. We offer the opportunity to collaborate and, whether or not others choose that path, we continue to act as we see best. We do not attack others (as they attack us). We attack no one except the institutions and agencies that attack the peoples’ right to freedom of choice in healthcare.

We identify problems and look for the deep, underlying natural solutions to those problems and then carry out appropriate actions on a local, national, and international scale.

Again, contact the purveyors of this disinformation and ask for their SOURCES. There are none.
