Medscape’s Predictable Defense of Mandating Vaccines…

“Yes, it is legal for a hospital to require the influenza vaccine for employees. Your employer cannot force you to receive the vaccine, but the employer can make vaccination a condition of employment. So, if you refuse, understand that it may cost you your job. Some employers will consider exceptions on the basis of religion… You could sue an employer for negligence if the employer subjected you to unsafe working conditions. But the flu vaccine has been proven safe, and one could argue that it is a safety precaution to require the vaccination.” Counsel Buppert NP, JD

As professionals working in the health care field, we are deeply concerned by the mis-information contained in the above noted Medscape article. For example, Counsel Buppert asserts that flu vaccines “have been proven safe”. By what means, by whom, under what circumstances? For the past twenty or more years, flu vaccines (since after the deadly fiasco of the first “Swine Flu” vaccine in 1976) have been approved as “mere” change of strain vaccines without any significant safety testing. This was true even for the 2009 “Swine Flu” which the government, speaking out of both sides of its mouth, declared to be both a “novel” virus and a “mere change of strain…” at the same time. Where is the alleged safety “proof” published? A citation would be most welcome.

Insteady, we cite the only published review of the record in a peer-reviewed journal, which shows that the influenza vaccines have not been shown to be effective. That conclusions is found in Geier DA, King PG, Geier MR. Influenza Vaccine: Review of effectiveness of the U.S. immunization program and policy considerations. J American Physicians and Surgeons 2006 Fall; 11(3): 69-74

Thus these FDA-approved and CDC-recommended drugs are not proven to be either effective or safe.

In fact, the reason that the organization of which we are the Medical Director and Counsel, the Natural Solutions Foundation, www.HealthFreedomUSA.org, has twice brought suit against the FDA and related agencies and officials, to prohibit the use of flu vaccines precisely because, in addition to posing unisurable risks, failing to show any clinical efficacy, increasing the all-cause death rate and serious consequence incidence (including asthma) in pediatric and other groups, these vaccines have never been proven to be either safe or effective. The 2009 “Swine Flu” vaccine has over 165 miscarriage VAER reports, although a “normal” flu vaccine usually has between 0 and 7 such reports.

Reading Ms. Buppert’s response, which hinges upon the notion that these vaccines have, “in fact,” been proven safe, the immediate conclusion of the informed reader must be that since they have not been proven to be safe, mandating these shots can never be consistent with either US law or international humanitarian law.

The assertion that mandating vaccines is legal is a misreading of a 1905 court case which was about the legality of levying a small fine on someone who does not submit to a required vaccine during an emergency. In that case, the United States Supreme Court actually reserved to the Courts the authority to intervene in vaccination issues. See Jacobson v Massachusetts, 197 U.S. 11 (1905) — the high court held that the judiciary is “competent to interfere and protect the health and life of the individual concerned” if there is a showing of potential harm to the individual. Since the safety of vaccines was not raised in that case, the issue remains open and the general principle of law that one cannot be forced to accept a trespass to exercise a right remains inviolate.

We challenge the proponents of mass vaccination to openly debate this controversial policy which does not have “significant scientific agreement” behind it — especially if those scientists who are dependent upon vaccine money are excluded from consideration due to their conflict of interest.

Could it be that such conflicts have permitted the drug company and government-supported portion of the scientific community to turn a blind eye to the disasterous pandemic of autism, clearly caused by the extraordinary toxic load to which many children are being subjected, from toxic foods, a toxic environment and the toxins that abundantly remain in vaccines? For the sake of the children, the government’s mass vaccine policy and its supporters must carry a heavy burden of proof in these matters; and we assert they have failed to meet that burden.

HACKED AND ATTACKED… AGAIN!
They Push Us… We Push Back, They Push…

On the 3 hour Dr. Rima Reports this past Sunday (10 AM to 1 PM Eastern time, www.HealthFreedomPortal.org) we had 49 minutes of the same kind of hack attack that we had the previous Wednesday when I tried to appear as a guest on the Michael Chambers show (see below – REL] and as happened for the last 3 weeks on the Dr. Rima Reports.

There were losses of sound, there were dropped connections from Missouri (our guest), New Jersey (our co-host) and Panama (where I was), there were sudden horrible echoes and other distortions. But what was new, and rather special, was that during that time, a loud roaring sort of buzz filled the airspace over my connection to the show. While I had heard it before on other shows not connected with the same station, by the way, this time there was a new twist: Under the sound was a repetitive voice (or sampled electronic “voice”) repeating over and over “F… You! F… You! F… You!…..)

Now THAT is new, folks.

General Bert, who retired as the Commanding General of the US Army Intelligence Command knows a thing or two about how these things work, says, and said clearly on the show, that “this COULD NOT, REPEAT, COULD NOT, BE HAPPENING WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ELEMENTS IN THE US GOVERNMENT, POSSIBLY NSA, the National Security Agency…”

So there you have it: we ARE doing something right. If we were ineffective, we would not be attacked. One person on the chat commented, regarding the strange sounds, “They’re using frequency to mess with our minds..” While can be sure there is more to this than just the usual hack and attack. We have reason to believe there is no risk in listening to us … and, when we can broadcast, great benefit! In fact, although we lost the opportunity to talk to our guest, Mark Lerner, a mine of information on the fascistic intrusions and dangers of the Real ID biometric invasion of our privacy, we did have an extraordinary show, none the less, stimulated by the events that were clearly designed to knock us off air!

So I suggest that you do several things: first, go to the Archive page and listen to the show. You know that the first 49 minutes are distorted (you should be able to fast-forward), but what transpired for the remainder of the time was probably the best show that I have ever participated in: everyone needs to hear what came of that awful beginning. Natural Solutions Foundation is an international NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) – committed to discover, document, develop, demonstrate and disseminate natural solutions to the problems and challenges facing us all. The goal of this Talking Points document is to educate decision makers, potential patients and parents regarding the significant dangers of vaccination and the right of people to refuse unwanted medical treatment.

1. Lack of Scientific Support for Vaccination

There is no significant scientific agreement, based upon disinterested clinical trials, that any vaccine is either safe or effective despite massive dis-information to the contrary. Science contrary to the prevailing pro-vaccine myths abound. For example, see Geier DA, King PG, Geier MR. Influenza Vaccine: Review of effectiveness of the U.S. immunization program and policy considerations, J American Physicians and Surgeons 2006 Fall; 11(3): 69-74 which clearly shows that the flu vaccine has no effect.

Despite frequent references to it, there is, in fact, no such thing as “herd immunity”: if vaccines worked, the vaccinated would be at no risk from those who choose to forgo any particular assault on their immune systems. It is not the unvaccinated who are a threat to the vaccinated, but, since some of the vaccinated shed infective viral particles, it is the vaccinated who are a threat to the vaccine-free!

2. Vaccination is a Medical Fraud and has been since its inception. For a review of the sordid and distorted history of vaccinations, see Dr. Rima E. Laibow, MD’s essay, https://www.staging.healthfreedomusa.com/docs/Syringe_of_death.pdf – furthermore, vaccines are an uninsurable risk.

3. Vaccinations, although without medical benefit, are highly profitable ONLY IF THEY ARE ADMINISTERED IN HUGE NUMBERS.

Like many other regulated drugs, vaccines are inherently dangerous to the recipient, hence the need to regulate them. Unlike the protections afforded consumers of all other drugs, Congress has stripped Americans of our right to redress for vaccine injuries. This means that the drug companies profit from vaccines while not bearing any of the costs of the harm that is a foreseeable result of the foisting of these dangerous substances on the public. The Federal “Vaccine Injury Compensation Program” [VICP] only compensates a small percentage of actual vaccine deaths and injuries, and this “tip of the iceberg” has paid out more than $2 billion dollars over twenty years. The VICP awards are generated by a special tax (not on the drug-pushers or manufactures) but, instead, on those who are required to purchase vaccines.

4. The US Supreme Court stated, in the 1905 case which allowed people to be fined if they would not accept a vaccination in a declared public emergency, that the Courts would intervene if there were a showing that vaccines were harmful. Vaccines have now been shown to be harmful and therefore the Courts need to remember what the Supreme Court said over a century ago: the judiciary is “competent to interfere and protect the health and life of the individual concerned.” Jacobson v Massachusetts, 197 U.S. 11 (1905)

5. The public is increasingly exercising its right to reject mandated vaccines or any mass vaccine program.

Over 3.5 million emails to decision makers rejecting the Swine Flu Vaccines show deep public distrust of any Federal Government program, like the 2009 plan to vaccinate every American with Squalene-laced H1N1 vaccines, where the Government buys the vaccines, then “approves” the vaccines (for a novel virus, without safety testing), then “recommends” the vaccines (which leads to state governments mandating same) and finally distributing the vaccines at 90,000 locations around the country, none of which are required to meet Good Manufacturing Practices regulations, although they would be assembling vaccines at non-pharmaceutical sites for consumer use.

6. The Health Freedom Amendment is necessary to protect individuals who do not give voluntary, informed consent to medical treatments such as mass vaccination. No individual (including a minor through his or her parents) may be denied, by any person or agency acting under color of law: Access to any desired health care services, including those known as standard, conventional, alternative, advanced or complementary health care services, with fully informed consent; Access to all health care information for which there is at least a scintilla of evidence; Access to food, food components, contents or substances, including vitamins, minerals, amino acids, herbs, pro-biotics, pre-biotics, their precursors and metabolites; such components, content and/or substances may be offered with, or associated with, claims for their health benefits, without prior government approval and without limit as to mode of application.

2. No individual (including a minor through his or her parents) shall be exposed to genetically modified or degraded food without his or her consent. Such protection shall take the form of mandatory detailed labeling declaring significant alterations in the nature and composition of the food including, but not limited to, genetic modification of any sort, introduction of foreign DNA of any sort, irradiation in any amount, all pesticides, herbicides and fungicides and similar chemicals used at any stage in the production of such food.

3. No individual (including a minor through his or her parents) shall be subject to involuntary medication (including vaccination) or any other involuntary medical treatment. Any individual, if exposed to a public health hazard which poses a bona fide contagious public threat has the right to self-shield at home with appropriate material support to make such self-shielding effective. Such self-shielding shall be carried out for the minimum period of time necessary to control the public health hazard or contagion.
