Health Care Systems and the workers within them, history shows us, are frequently abused during any attempted transition from freedom and the rule of law to tyranny and the rule of terror. These systems have skilled people accustomed to dealing with life and death issues, and equipped with resources which can be turned from the service of life to the service of death.
What we have been calling “Eugenicide” (“cleansing” through mass death) appears to be established policy in the United Kingdom and bids to become established policy in the United States as well. Killing people, or incarcerating them for economic and social cleansing is a Crime Against Humanity, no matter what words are wrapped around the deadly package.
Structuring a “health care” system so that it destroys lives through un-safety tested treatments and preventative measures (such as dangerous and uninsurable vaccines) is genocide by another name — “Eugenocide” — allowing “useless eaters” to perish as a result of failures of “treatment”, under that most basic health care ethic, “Do No Harm.”
Bogus “Pandemic” mentality and the October 23, 2009 Presidential Declaration of Health Emergency makes it clear that such a distortion of the healing arts is a very real possibility in the US and elsewhere. Rumors that there will be “death committees” and forced vaccination under nationalized health care are very disturbing.
Learning from the unspeakable horrors of history, we know that we, as Health Care Professionals and Allied Workers must not allow this to happen. We must, unlike the silent witnesses and participants of past atrocities, raise our voices saying “Never Again! Never here! Never on my watch!”

Will Not Be Used to Perform Eugenicide or
Destroy the Rule of Legitimate, Ethical and Humane LawI understand my moral obligations under civilized medical ethics to “Do no harm.” I understand my legal obligations under the Nuremberg Code and the Declaration of Helsinki of the World Medical Association to stand against the abuse of health care by political institutions. I will not administer any substance which I know to be used to harm or kill any person entrusted to my care, nor will I process, record or otherwise facilitate the internment, involuntary medical incarceration, elimination or extermination of any person.
True to this Oath, intention and professional calling, I will defend and guard the life and freedom of those whom I serve or whose lives, records or well-being I touch. I know that medical systems have been used in the past to abduct, detain, experiment upon and kill innocent civilians and I am mindful of the possibility for that unconscionable pattern to be repeated in my time, my facility and my life.
I will follow the path of ethical restraint and honest disclosure rather than follow the path of silent acquiescence. I know that my calling means that I am bound to first “Do no harm.” Therefore, I give my solemn oath that I will not allow harm to be done by either word, silence, deed or inaction, the existence of any political declaration of local, state, national or international medical emergency not withstanding.

In all of my days in Military Intelligence, the new Health Emergency is perhaps the most ominous domestic event I have ever encountered.
In the struggle to save Health and Freedom we are out of time.
We either take this hill, or we die on it.

Russia declared war on the Russian people under Stalin who killed at least 30 million (!) Russians in his mad tyranny, perverting medicine and especially psychiatry in the process.
Has the United States declared war on the American people today? Is that declaration part of the WHO’s war against the population of the earth? Sadly, tragically, it would appear so.
In the Intelligence world, the task is to take seemingly disconnected pieces of information and find the pattern that binds them together into a cohesive whole. After that, you evaluate the forward progression of events and work to either support those that you want to see happen or forestall those that you do not.
The President’s declaration of a National Emergency provides authority to an appointee, HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, to literally throw out of the nearest window ALL of the protective rights of a patient who is caught up in the health care system, whether or not they actually have the trivial disease called “Swine Flu”. Anyone, in fact, can be sucked into this system. None of this makes any sense UNLESS the intention is to replicate Hitler’s actions in Germany which used the all too willing medical system as a means to eliminate individuals, segments of the population and anyone who dared to speak out (or whisper) against the regime.
Again, this incredible expansion of power given to HHS strips every American of any rights or recourse.

I am a Health Care Worker. My New York State Medical License Number is 111813. I will not be part of a system that harms and incarcerates people. I will not be part of a system which uses drugs to subdue and kill dissidents and socially inconvenient people, also known as “useless eaters”.
If you are a Health Care Worker reading this, neither will you. If you are not a Health Care Worker and you are reading this, you know Health Care Workers, students, administrators, Janitors, Cooks, Clerks, etc., etc., who won’t either. Just a few days ago we told you that we had won a decisive victory in the Pandemic Wars when HHS Secretary Sebelius called off the Pandemic. And, indeed we had won that victory. At the time, I told you that the other side would be back, and that is exactly what has happened. But we ARE ready for them.
The day before, DHS Secretary Napolitano opined that there would not be any economic impact to the Swine Flu because, in essence, there was no Pandemic. Two days later, New York State, bowing to public pressure – ours! – rescinded the dreadful mandate that had been placed upon health care workers for not just the Swine Flu vaccine, but all, that’s right, ALL vaccines recommended by the CDC’s bought-and-paid for Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices.
But how will the depopulation happen if there are no Swine Flu vaccinations? How will the profits for secondary disease roll in if there are no Swine Flu vaccinations? How will the political “readjustment” take place if there are no Swine Flu vaccinations?
These are serious problems for the controllers. So last Friday evening, on October 23, 2008, flying in the face of logic, shame, sense and science, President Obama, who remains unvaccinated, as do the First Daughters, declared an absurd, but very dangerous “National Health Emergency”.
It will, apparently happen through the cooption and involvement of the health care system which is already controlled by Big Pharma. Fascism is the merger of the corporation and the state. This emerging fascism is nothing short of breathtaking: Big Pharma and its Global State, or is it the Global State and its handmaiden Big Pharma? They are not separable any longer. But what is clear is that the use of their corporate structures will be needed to create the next step in the destruction of your way of life and mine – and perhaps your life and mine, as well.

[I wanted to share with you the email below from Dr. Laibow in which she responds to Dr. Leo Rebello’s spirited defense of her and Gen. Stubblebine against another one of those irrational Internet attacks. Dr. Rebello is an eminent Indian physician. Our policy in dealing with the Politics of Disinformation has always been to refuse to engage it as much as possible, and to thank those who come to our defense. There is a real problem with “controlled opposition” in the Health Freedom Movement.
There are three fundamental types of “controlled opposition”: (1) actual agents of either security forces or of commercial interests who are being paid to pretend to be in favor of health freedom while secretly working against our goals [anyone who has been involved in any alternative politics knows what I mean…]; (2) people who are so timid in their approach that they fear to “speak truth to power” [example: one such gentleman, someone I’ve known for decades, told me, “We can’t do ‘x, y, z’ because the other side would attack us..”] and thereby limit their opposition only to those things that don’t actually oppose; and (3) those individuals, such as the person referred to as “Mr. X” below, who are so intent on attacking their perceived “enemies” in the movement that they are objectively acting on behalf of Big Pharma.
I for one am horrified that anyone would “wish” Dr. Laibow and Gen. Stubblebine “dead” — but I have seen these evil and ugly threats and attest that “Mr. X” has indeed expressed such monstrous views in writing. This must stop here and now; we must all pledge civility and honor, if not, what are we fighting for? And to anyone who refuses to pledge civility toward all in the movement, I say: “You are not part of the Global Health Freedom Movement!” – RF]
Dear Leo,
I treasure rational discourse and the freedom to engage in widely varied points of view with deep respect so I appreciate your work. I have studied Ayurveda [Indian Traditional Medicine – RF] a bit (but do not consider myself masterful in it) and am always eager to learn more since there are rich resources of truth that are unfamiliar to each of us and sharing them makes us all wiser and deeper.
I agree with pretty much everything you have said except for a few points which I must clarify:
First, Gen. Bert and I have not reached a point of no return with [“Mr. X”]. He has done that by himself. We have made repeated overtures for collegial, mutually respectful collaboration. What we get in return is… well, what you have experienced. We have never attacked [“Mr. X”] and never will since that would be both unseemly (we conduct ourselves on the basis of what we believe is right, not on the basis of what people do that is wrong) and a complete waste of time. Sadly, [“Mr. X”] in moving along on his journey, however destructive it is, and there is no point engaging with his distortions, disinformation or delusions; whatever their source, they are groundless and we simply keep on keeping on for Health Freedom as we best see it.
We advise people who wonder if [“Mr. X”]’s distortions about us are true to contact him… etc. and ask for the basis upon which the calumnies lie. Not the assertions, which continue like a tape loop and go around and around and around, but the actual sources of information which verify these accusations. There are none. As with Ronson’s book [which distorts Gen. Bert’s role in the military – RF], there is a fantastical mixture of a grain of truth – yes! I am designated a “Psychiatrist!”, yes! Gen. Bert served in his last command as the Commanding General of the Army’ Intelligence and Security Command but after that, WHOOOOOHOOOOOO!!!!! Sky’s the limit… and truth begone!
The very instant that [“Mr. X”] or any of the others who have bought his baseless calumnies (because that is what they are) move from that to respectful collaboration, we are there. Until then, we keep inviting collaboration, because you never know when someone is ready for growth and do what we do. And we do it pretty effectively, with hundreds of thousands of committed supporters upon whom we rely.
Could we do it more effectively with a stronger activist team, rather than one that spends its time trying to tear our eyes out? Sure. But that is their choice and their loss. [“Mr. X”] says “there will never be peace” between this group and us. Peace? Who declared war? Big Pharma, that’s who.
Through foolishness or otherwise, [“Mr. X”] and his buddies have created a war where, as you write so eloquently, we must, can, and should have a World without War. It is Big Pharma that is making war against humanity. So, for this distribution list, let me say – again – that the Natural Solutions Foundation is devoted to solutions, not war.
We do have an enemy – a common enemy: greed, arrogance, hatred, hubris, seeing oneself as more [enlightened, important, significant, pure, gifted, deserving, clean, correct, human, etc., etc., etc.] than other people who are therefore diminished and can be attacked ad libidim. It is then only a few small slips and slides down the slope of inhumanity to genocide. The very slope the globalist elitists want us to go down.
When [“Mr. X”] says that “WE” wish Stubblebine and Laibow “dead” and we would be “glad to piss on their graves”, he/they? is/are truly identifying with the aggressor and displaying the same horrific deficit that the Big Pharma Globalist aggressor displays in wanting to kill us all. So it is not about Stubblebine and Laibow. It is about a mind/heart/body/soul set which chooses to hate when affiliation is called for, chooses to vilify when discourse is called for, chooses to ostracize when inclusion is called for.
The problem we are facing, which could literally kill us all, is, tragically, to our way of thinking, sadly embodied in the “glad to see them dead and piss on their grave” mentality. How can you make a better world when you hate it and carry the hatred that has been heaped upon you into the new creation you seek? That is what has happened in Israel and look at the tragic and nearly unbearable results that have ruined the lives of so many in a vast contagion of hate.
By the way, I am a psychiatrist by training BUT my work has been truly holistic at the deepest levels WITHOUT the organ/disease paradigm influencing it. [“Mr. X”] used the diagnosis “Paranoid Schizophrenia” about himself and described his multiple hospitalizations for that disorder. I accepted his characterization of his own illness and used his terms. This is hardly liable. In fact, I do not use the DSM system. Ever. He does.
Anyone who knows my work, not the lies about it, knows that about me. And anyone who knows General Bert knows him for his great compassion and the light which radiates from him like a beacon, despite the distortions of those who need to hate and perhaps, hate because they fear the light.
I make no stipulations except that mutually respectful collaboration be the theme of anyone who wants to work with us. That’s all. Disagree with us, offer other formulations or solutions: we are listening. But attack? Nope. We are not engaging. “Sorry, attacker. No time to play with you. There is work to be done. When you have finished your trip, come work with us.”
