\n \"\"<\/span>Summary: <\/span>The past week or so has been filed with rumors and realities of more radiological disasters.<\/strong><\/span> <\/p>\n

For example, our Japanese colleague Mochizuki of Fukushim-Diary.com told us that as of yesterday, October 23rd, Fukushima Kobi beef would be allowed to be sold in the USA again, to high-end restaurants.<\/span>1<\/sup> 
\n

\n <\/span>At the same time, a <\/span>Red Alert<\/em> was issued at TheContrail.com that “Spent Fuel Pool” #4<\/span> at Fukushima was on <\/span>fire<\/em>. And… if that’s not bad enough, the USA is pois<\/span>ed to allow natural gas “fracking” within 500 feet of American nuclear power plants!<\/span>2<\/sup><\/span> <\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n

The Data Points Continue to Indicate Severe Risk of Nuclear Disaster!<\/span><\/div>\n

\n <\/span>When we saw these reports, we immediately went to work to confirm or counter these stories, since they point to further nuclear horrors ahead. <\/p>\n

<\/span>We contacted the three leading academics involved in warning the world about these risks: Prof. Busby, Europe; Prof. Gunderson, USA, and Prof. Murata, Japan. None could confirm the fire story. Therefore, although some Fukushima web cams are offline, we<\/em> cannot confirm the fire story.3<\/sup><\/span>
\n <\/span>
\n <\/span>While the fire may not be burning at this time, it is clear that Fukushima is coming to America in several ways. <\/strong>
\n <\/span>
\n 1. Radiation-contaminated air and water continue to be spewed from Fukushima, into the Pacific Basin, and onward toward Alaska, Canada and mainland USA.<\/p>\n

2. Radiation-contaminated, but not tested, food from Japan and the Pacific continue to be sold in the USA and Canada, as though they were safe foods.<\/p>\n

3. Fracking, which has been linked to local earthquake phenomena, will be permitted within 500 feet<\/em> of existing nuclear plants in the USA. When I told General Bert about this horror, his comment was, <\/p>\n

<\/span>“This will guarantee Fukushimas in America!<\/em> We must raise the ‘hue and cry’ to warn America of this risk.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/span>And, indeed, that is exactly what we must do. <\/strong>We must “educate decision makers” to finally<\/em> take these risks seriously. We take them seriously, that is why we are in Chile developing a lower-radiation, organic food supply for the Northern Hemisphere. We know the damage these risks can cause.<\/p>\n

We received a disturbing report from Tea Party Info [teapartyinfo.org\/lp\/2012-10-09conspiracyLP.htm]. This concerns Senate Bill S1020 which it calls a “Saving Lockdown.” We are concerned that the current Congress might pass this and other troubling bills after the election but before the new Congress takes office — and before we reach the January 1, 2013 “Fiscal Cliff” which has so many people like you with families like yours so concerned.<\/span><\/div>\n

<\/div>\n

\n The article alleges, “You won’t even be able to borrow money from [your retirement account]. Your accounts will be sealed tighter than a drum…” based on claims that the Fiscal Year 2013 budget calls for the implementation of what is called the “<\/span>Secure Choice Pension and Government Retirement Accounts” (GRAs).<\/p>\n

This proposal would create a mandatory savings program whereby<\/span> 5% – 6% of your earnings will automatically pooled into a GRA. Similarly, all Income Tax refunds would be sent to the same “account.” Rumor is that even benefits such as unused vacation time would be converted into the government account.<\/span><\/div>\n

<\/div>\n

\n Perhaps the most troubling claim made is that “The funds in your current retirement account… [will be] [c]onverted to ‘longevity annuities.” The balance, if any, remaining at the end of your life would go to… the government! 
\n <\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

\n These “full faith and credit<\/em>” government accounts would pay 3%. What would that<\/em> be worth, though, if hyperinflation were completing the destruction of the Federal Reserve fiat “dollar?”<\/p>\n

<\/span>Some of the pending bills are:<\/span>
\n <\/span> <\/p>\n\n\n\n
H.R. 4049 – Automatic IRA Act of 2012;<\/p>\n
SB124 – the Golden State Retirement Trust;<\/span><\/div>\n
HB5337 – yet another bill based on GRAs.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

In reading the first of these bills I find a number of phrases and clauses that could be interpreted to undermine your control of your own assets. For example H.R. 4049 has references in it such as “percentage of compensation an employee is deemed<\/em> to have elected” and implies that the funds will “be invested in [US treasury chapter 31 of title 31] retirement bonds<\/span>” unless the employee makes certain elections that are subject to further restrictions and regulation by the government.<\/p>\n

This bill is written in the type of language that could allow various Federal agencies access to your retirement savings. I think “a word to the wise is sufficient” applies here…<\/p>\n
